We were in and out , insurance processed , baby examined and got the A ok all within 30 minutes. We were so thankfully for the quick appt after a long day and the reassurance of calling if we had anymore concerns. Very impressed!!

Dr Woo, his hygienist, and his receptionists are quick to explain procedures, and extremely thorough in their career paths, making me feel entirely at ease.
I was pleasantly surprised when I was invited back to watch, my sons root canal permitting me to ask questions as needed, during a somewhat apprehensive experience for a teen.
When visiting the office yesterday, I was met with a renovation crew, redoing the floors, but that didn't stop or interrupt the team from doing their work. Coming from a practice in Strathroy, where upon arrival, there was a commercial cast setting up, and they informed me when I got there, that I would need to reschedule.
Needless to say, Newbury Dental as a newer practice to the town of Newbury is an all star team, and I'm happy they chose Newbury as their choice of practice, and look forward without trepidation to our next visit.
